Armudu Plaza is a contemporary shopping mall concept in Baku, Azerbaijan, inspired by the iconic form of the traditional Azerbaijani armudu tea glass. Designed in 2014, the project combines a distinctive sculptural silhouette with a modern glass façade, creating a landmark destination that stands out within the city skyline.

The development is centered around the idea of a modern shopping and lifestyle complex. In addition to its retail core, the project incorporates entertainment, hospitality, business, and residential components, offering a multifunctional environment for shopping, leisure, and urban activity. Planned features include a hypermarket, international fashion stores, cinemas, bowling, children’s entertainment spaces, restaurants, cafés, hotel areas, business facilities, conference rooms, and residences.

  • Designed as a modern shopping mall with a strong architectural identity inspired by the traditional armudu tea glass.

  • Developed with entertainment facilities such as 5 movie theaters and an 8-lane bowling area.
