Commercial and Office Complex is designed as a contemporary mixed-use development that brings together business, retail, and social functions within a single architectural structure. The project consists of a high-rise office tower connected to a lower commercial podium, creating a balanced relationship between vertical office use and street-level commercial activity.
The office tower is defined by its glass facade, clean vertical lines, and modern massing. This transparent facade approach gives the building a corporate identity while allowing natural light to reach the interior office spaces. The lower commercial volume is shaped with rounded corners, horizontal facade elements, and large display surfaces, making it visually active and accessible from the surrounding urban environment.
